My cultivation as the coach of this team is to dish teach this boys team new skill like working together, leadership so that they butt all be able to lead the team and also help them to learn more about the game itself.

This team being a high school boys team are going to disobey the rules a lot so Im going to hold up this by sitting the players out for 10/15 mo and complete their game time if they disobey the rules, then they will learn that if they dont listen they wont get to play in the games. Being a puppylike group of boys they need to learn to be a collateral intention model so that all the player dont feel down and are always posit ive, and bread and cover the team going. T! his team also need to know the domesticise things to do and when to do them, and also that safety precaution they need to take when playing. If anything when wrong with one of my players like they injury themself or got in to fight I would pervade help to the players be giving them first aid or in real number matters call an ambulance to help them.
